Orders
All orders, to be considered valid, must follow this points:
The order must have been paid and show a receipt of payment.
Discount codes can be used on order with six or more bottles and not combined with latest offer promotions.

You may initiate a return or exchange online, by email or Live Chat. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase. (Bottles must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account after the delivery. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
Please note: we can only refund the product purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable unless a wrong item is sent to you.
Limited Liability:
Tenuta Torciano & Mikrotour are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Tenuta Torciano & Mikrotour are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours the order goes into processing.
Time of Delivery Order:
Delivery time depends according to the State; normally delivery are between two and six Weeks. In case of bad weather and curriers problems, we have to indicate a maximum time of 14 weeks.
Vintage Substitutions
On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same type, varietal of the same quality or a superior one.
Costs of delivery
All prices in the site will show taxes, discounts and delivery prices to the state of the consignee. At the moment an order for purchase is inserted, the electronic module will indicate the costs of the selected items.
Eventual Additional Local Taxes from the Customs are not included.
Shipping Policy
You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine in the U.S. by federal law. By placing an order you represent to Italy Direct that you are at least 21 years old. At time of delivery someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the package we encourage the package to be shipped to your business to insure fast, interruption-free delivery. Void where prohibited by law.
Extreme Weather
Weather conditions (whether it is extreme heat or freezing temperatures) create challenges for shipping wine.
