An element, this, that allowed an acceleration of the growth of the bunch between June and July. The strong heat recorded in the months of July and August has stopped the development of the plants, but the abundant rains of late August have brought back the perfect balance, thanks also to the temperature range of the last few days. With the excellent quality, however, we will have a lower quantity of wine than in 2015 and therefore, the availability of these wines is more contained than in the previous year.

Vicario Chianti Classico 2018 – Red Wine

Vintage: 2018

Certification: Chianti Classico DOCG

Grapes Varieties: Sangiovese Grosso

Alcohol: 12.5%

Aging: 1 year in barrique

Format: 750ml

Type: Red Still Wine

Serving Temperature: 16/18 °C

Pairing: Noble poultry, game and mature cheeses.
