The color is deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. With a dry, full and smooth flavor, rich with personality and well structured, complete and elegant, with an evidently aristocratic character; hints of wood can be perceived amidst the typical herbaceous notes.

The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from wild boar and hare, tasty red meat dishes such as roast game, vegetable soufflé and spicy mature cheeses.

Area of Production:
Located in central Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast, Tuscany is home to some of the world’s most notable wine regions. Toscana IGT is the most famous – and the most commonly used – of Italy’s Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) titles. The geographical region it indicates is, in short, Tuscany.

Toscana IGT wines can be made in any village in any of Tuscany’s 10 provinces.

Grapes:
Cabernet – Sangiovese blended wines are one of the success stories of 20th-Century Italian winemaking. The blend balances the distinctive black-cherry and wild-berry flavors of Sangiovese against the structure and power of Cabernet Sauvignon. the blend represents modern Italian winemaking, making up some of Italy’s most famous wines.

2015 vintage, a fantastic vintage
Our wines produced with the 2016 harvest are excellent vintage wines with a fantastic harvest favored by the climate, described by a spring that alternated plenty of sunny and breezy days. An element, this, that allowed an acceleration of the growth of the bunch between June and July. The strong heat recorded in the months of July and August has stopped the development of the plants, but the abundant rains of late August have brought back the perfect balance, thanks also to the temperature range of the last few days. With the excellent quality, however, we will have a lower quantity of wine than in 2015 and therefore, the availability of these wines is more contained than in the previous year.

Millesimato Sparkling White Prosecco Wine
White Sparkling Wine, D.O.C. Prosecco from Italy

Wine Description:
It is processed from the best grapes of each year, its fresh and fruity taste will gain your favor at first sip! Pale straw-yellow at sight, with a fine and persistent perlage. It has an intense fragrance, a velvety smooth and fruity taste balanced by a pleasant sour note. We dressed it with an elegant and modern bottle, which alone guarantees its quality. A prime-Prosecco!

Area of Production:
Veneto is a substantial and increasingly important wine region in the northeastern corner of Italy.

Veneto is armed with a formidable portfolio of red wines to go with its refreshing whites, such as Soave and sparkling Prosecco. The common factor that unites almost all viticultural zones in northeastern Veneto is the Glera grape (typically known as Prosecco), and the foaming spumante and semi-sparkling frizzante wines it creates.

Grapes:
Glera is a synonym of northern Italy’s Prosecco grape, and the name by which it is now officially known. This green-skinned variety has been grown for hundreds of years in the Veneto and Friuli regions, most famously to produce sparkling Prosecco wines. It has high acidity and a fairly neutral palate, making it ideal for sparkling wine production. Glera’s aromatic profile is characterized by white peaches, with an occasional soapy note.

Brunello di Montalcino 2015 DOCG
Montalcino , where sangiovese ripens more amply and more beguilingly than anywhere else

Wine Description:
This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, called “Brunello”, cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era.

Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour.

Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar and meat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.

Area of Production:
Montalcino in the province of Siena, famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty.

Brunello di Montalcino is one of Italy’s most famous and prestigious wines. DOCG regulations require Brunello vineyards to be planted on hills with good sun exposure, at altitudes not surpassing 600 meters (1968ft). This limit is intended to ensure the grapes reach optimal ripeness and flavor before being harvested.

Grapes:
The Brunello di Montalcino is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, cultivated on the slopes around Montalcino. Sangiovese Grosso is the large-berried form of the normal Sangiovese. Its name means ‘little dark one’. The use of “grosso” (big) and its inclusion in the name of the wine is useful to differentiate this wine from Chianti.

2015 vintage, a fantastic vintage
Our wines produced with the 2016 harvest are excellent vintage wines with a fantastic harvest favored by the climate, described by a spring that alternated plenty of sunny and breezy days.
